Kellogg Senior Analyst, Customer Service Supply Chain in Rogers, Arkansas

As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will use your top-notch analytical skills to provide systems expertise that enables Kellogg Company to better structure and interpret our business data. You will identify opportunities and manage projects to achieve improvement in key areas of our business, including on-time-in-full performance inbound and outbound, retail non-compliance costs and internal/external supply chain requests. Use your passion for data to build relationships while enhancing business performance!

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Acting as a Change Agent – You’ll import and review performance data in Tableau, challenging any data that doesn’t align, to help make our company and products even better. As you collaborate with cross-functional teams on key items, you’ll feel a sense of pride as you present strong insights that change the way we do business.

  • Partnering with the Business – Issue on-time reports with accurate data and perceptive analyses. You’ll maintain a sharp focus on enabling our business to make more informed decisions through sharing your thoughtful input.

  • Creating Meaningful Presentations – Do you have the skills to create dashboards that tell the real story behind the data? That’s great! We need someone like you as we unravel data sets to turn them into useful, productive material that drives decision-making forward. Have you worked with Tableau before? Even better.

  • Collaborating for Success – Partner with colleagues across the supply chain, including customers, to make progress toward key business goals. As a team player and numbers guru, you’ll show an enthusiasm for working together as you present findings and insights that drive us toward the future.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

    Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, production and procurement

  • Advanced computer literacy within SAP and Microsoft software applications

  • Agile with proven ability to learn quickly

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for building positive relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations

    Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related diploma program

  • Experience with Tableau
