Associate Manager, Shopper Marketing

  • Activation – In this role you will execute national promotions, customer equity platforms and occasion-based solutions across our five business units, as well as focus on retail media campaign support.

  • Show me the Money! – You will maintain budget trackers and process all purchase orders, plus pull together the pre and post return on investment (ROI) analysis.

  • Collaboration – You will work together with multi-functional teams (Sales, Shopper Insights, Category Management, Sales Planning, Agency, Other CPGs, Brands and Sales Strategy) on program execution. Plus, you will partner with legal to track and manage internal and external legal reviews.

  • Execution – You will facilitate the setup of all experiential demo events, lead the development and execution of coupon activity and coordinate any in store Point of Sale (POS) elements.



  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Like to manage projects and have a strategic mind? Great, you’ll love this role!

  • Technology is important: Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

    Bonus Points:

  • Shopper marketing, brand marketing, market research, shopper insights, category management OR CPG experience would be a plus! Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to have all of these, one would be great!

  • Worked in a Sales environment? We’d love someone with customer/shopper marketing experience.

    Travel for this role is 50%.
