The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager ANZ is responsible for leading a cross-functionally aligned S&OP process by leading the effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to execute on better planning decisions and actions in line with the business strategy. This highly visible role brings insights and analysis to the Australian Leadership team, quantifying risk exposure and identifying early indicators of deviation from the financial plan as well as developing aligned mitigating actions.
We’re looking for an individual with a depth of experience in the S&OP process, who can engage key stakeholders and the S&OP team to deliver great results and boost our capability in this space.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the IBP cycle process within Kellogg Australia
Create & deliver monthly S&OP presentations which reviews planning performance – growth, forecast, service levels, supply plans & inventory and outlines risks, impact & countermeasures
Facilitate cross-functional process to capture necessary inputs to the IBP process from all levels of stakeholders
Identify opportunities to drive improvement/simplification of systems, processes & reporting associated with the IBP process
Lead root cause analysis of planning issues/risks by conducting quantitative analysis, gathering business insights from cross-functional business
In conjunction with the Supply Planning team, translate demand inputs and S&OP decisions into actionable supply plans and detailed production schedules to optimise service & inventory levels

A demonstrated and successful career in Supply Chain within the FMCGindustry with previous experience in leading an S&OP/Demand Planning/SupplyPlanning function
An ability to form excellent relationships with key stakeholders andpartner with them to drive great business results
A strong commercial acumen
Excellent team management skills and experience
An ability to effectively drive change and create efficiency to processes
