Kellogg Plant Operations Supervisor – 2nd/3rd Shift in OMAHA, Nebraska

As a Plant Operations Supervisor in Kellogg’s Omaha, NE facility, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting Continuous Improvement activity within the Plant. Along with providing direction and guidance to operators and assisting with day-to-day problem solving and root cause analysis efforts. And that’s not all! Here is what we are made of. Our Omaha plant has been cooking up Corn Pops and Mini Wheats cereal using ingredients from field to bowl for over 70 years. Need I add, we get it all done with a can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done!

  • Production Line Support – you’ll be leading all activities on your assigned shiftworking towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.

  • Continuous Improvement – we couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset,and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA andLEAN.

  • Direction and ServantLeadership – lead and demonstrate yourpeople skills as you provide direction and support to your team ofoperators.

  • Safety First – our values are important tous, our People Safety and Food Safety are 2 of them. Having a “safety first”attitude is an ingredient for success.



  • Demonstrate knowledge ofmanaging safety and/or quality programs & processes

  • High School Diploma or GED withsubstantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in amanufacturing setting

  • The ability to prioritize andmanage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture ofaccountability and execution

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Wordand Excel

  • Ability to work 2 nd and 3 rd shift

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the Food &Beverage industry

  • Strong technical aptitude alongwith proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP

  • Experience working in a UnionEnvironment

  • A Bachelor’s Degree orInternational Equivalent

  • Sense of humor
