Kellogg Packaging Project Manager in OMAHA, Nebraska

  • Being the Expert – you’ll seek to understand attributes of raw material/package materials in addition to process changes and their effect on quality, production, and compliance with corporate standards.

  • Additional Support – In this role, you’ll support Plant Operations managers with improvement project implementation and will directly supervise teams consisting of both salaried and hourly team members as well as contracted service providers

  • Collaboration – Get ready to flex your communication skills as you’ll be responsible for supporting the execution of projects, working closely with innovation, food technologists, suppliers and others as needed.

  • Training and Coaching – you’re into training and documentation, as you develop and train hourly production staff using plans developed by the Plant Leadership as well as maintaining the documentation



  • High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team.

  • Knowledge of standard cost systems, cost analysis, and general accounting procedures and controls

  • Familiar with plant operations and manufacturing production area

Bonus points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering

  • Working with packaging equipment
