Kellogg Temporary Student Support - Customer Engagement in Michigan

As a Temporary Student Support on the Customer Engagement team, you will be performing a mixture of administrative duties and ongoing project support work. You will work closely with the Customer Engagement team to assist in the activation of a customer-focused approach that delivers a structured One Voice connection with our Customers, Sales and Commercial Category teams. Intrigued yet? Because it only gets better! In this role, having an “owner’s mindset” paired with your initiative and curiosity will take you a long way. You will be encouraged to “follow your nose” (as Toucan Sam would say) and pursue opportunities to engage in a collaborative environment, sharpening your business acumen. You will be working remotely with our team based out of Battle Creek, MI. Now lets achieve something great together!

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • The Daily Grind – Break out your technical skills because you will assist with site preparation and own ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint based CBP site and the site’s content and build KUSA tools that support Account planning by the Sales teams.

  • Reporting - you will be responsible for consolidation and share out of weekly competitive intel reports.

  • You’re Part of a Team – And communication will be key! In supporting the RTA process, you will act as the Technical expert, assisting the system owner, with Sales and Commercial team support of the SharePoint sites including CBP and the Innovation Survey.

  • Special Projects – Here, you will be handling ad hoc projects, as well as providing project support to team members as needed.

  • And you have to be able to juggle – Multiple and conflicting priorities will come up under specific time constraints. You have to be quick to act when these issues arise.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

    Required:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at an accredited college or university working toward a degree in a business-related field.

  • Ability to work part time for 20-25 hours per week (during business hours)

  • Sophomore status

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills

    Bonus Points:

  • Ability to demonstrate effective and professional written and oral communication skills

  • Previous internship experience

  • Project management and/or group project experience
