Kellogg International Supply Chain Operations Manager in Michigan

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supply Chain Expertise – Come use your knowledge of end-to-end supply chain to manage and improve our processes. In this role you will be partnering with different locations to manage our export and import processes on a global scale.

  • Digging into the details: Support identification and implementation of best practices with other Kellogg global regions such as Canada, Mexico, Australia, Asia etc. for potential opportunities within their respective networks. Provide support for all cross-border projects to ensure compliance with import/export laws. Responsible for the management of the Free Trade Agreement program.

  • Servant Leadership – Ensure timely and compliant delivery of exports and imports of finished food, raw materials, packaging, premiums, samples, machinery, parts and equipment for Kellogg USA. Provide leadership to protect the US business from export diversion.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

    Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Logistics, International Business or a Financial discipline

  • Export and Import experience

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Passion for excellent customer service

  • Professional and influential interaction with vendors and third-party service providers

    Bonus Points:

  • Working knowledge of SAP

  • Bi-lingual preferred
