You will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that enable, embed and sustain change thus maximising the people related value on Kellogg's strategic change priorities across the European region. You will contribute towards the development of the organisation’s change management capabilities working with global colleagues and will:

  • Partner with senior leadership to create and approve strategic change plans applying a structured methodology

  • Act as the Change Lead for enterprise priority projects

  • Conduct and review analysis of current and future states to determine and validate the delta relative to required changes

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand the level of support concerning the change as well as the level of change readiness associated with key strategic initiatives

  • Ensure that the right differentiated message for the change is communicated to all affected stakeholder groups

  • Plan, execute and deliver end user-facing interventions, related to communications, engagement events, and training to drive employee adoption and sustainment of high impact projects/programs

  • Build a Centre Of Excellence and owns the best practice & tools for KEU (contribute to Global Best Practice and coordinates within KEU with HR)

  • Coach others across the region to develop, execute, and measure the success of their own change management strategies and deliverables


  • Degree level education with significant related Change Management experience

  • Solid understanding of the change management industry and the ability to incorporate best practices as they emerge

  • Experience influencing, communicating, and working effectively with all levels within an organisation, with extensive experience synthesizing complex and detailed information into organised outputs such as executive level presentations, sizzle videos, and sell decks.

  • Extensive experience leading and managing simultaneous complex Strategic Change Programs and Projects, with a high level of experience creating and implementing strategic vision, and tactical execution to drive business results

  • Experience training and coaching others in change management concepts and execution

  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, managing multiple high priority initiatives, and working effectively in a fast pace environment

  • Proficient in Office 365 applications
