  • Become part of a market leading cross functional team, creating and driving JBPs with one of our biggest customers

  • Lead the customer relationship including the creation and management of annual plans and building the business for long term mutual benefit

  • Build a strategic partnership with the customer to enable delivery of the Kellogg's plan for the short and long term

  • Be the voice of the customer internally and champion what's needed to win. Work cross functionally across RGM, Category Management, Marketing and relevant others to develop solutions and create plans to win

  • Develop and deliver innovative JBPs through a cohesive Category Vision, Assortment, Distribution, Price & Pack, Visibility, Promo Plan & Pressure, Activation, Trade Strategy, and end to end Supply Chain planning

  • Create and lead a channel strategy to deliver format growth from big stores to online and convenience, delivering category and Kellogg growth in line with consumer and shopper trends

  • Deliver quarterly and annual internal output targets vs budget & Vs prior year.Net Sales Value, Trade Allowance, Net sales value per Kg, Net contribution

  • Develop accurate volume forecasts with the customer and input into Sales & Operation process to ensure robust forecast accuracy.Accountable for managing the Risks & Ops for the account through to execution

  • Deliver best in class administration both internally and with the customer.


  • Min2 years’ experience of selling – FMCG/Multiples experience preferred

  • Goodcommunication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Abilityto work well across functions both internally and externally


  • Direct: Account Directors, Channel Leads,Account Executive

  • Coordination with: - Buyer, ExternalFunctions, Commercial Strategy, Shopper Marketing, Category Managers, SupplyChain, Finance


  • Office based role with flexibility forelements of remote working

  • A need to stay away overnight on occasion

  • A need to be flexible with hours wherenecessary
