Kellogg Category Revenue Growth Manager in MANCHESTER, United Kingdom

Come grow with us as a Category Revenue Growth Manager at Kellogg Company. You will work within an energetic business team focused on driving strategic growth for Kellogg in 2020 and beyond. In this role you will be owning the channel strategy and revenue growth management plans for one of our categories.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as a Category Revenue Growth Manager at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Working closely with category management and marketing activation to define the picture of success through fixture, display and activation which will deliver against commercial direction and category growth objectives.

  • Collaborating with channel and customer teams to overlay the Kellogg’s strategy with the customer strategy supporting strategic customer partnerships and the delivery of joint growth.

  • Communicate, sell and ensure excellent execution of the commercial direction for a given product portfolio in the defined channels through compelling and category aligned narrative, facilitating strategic partnerships and driving the results through the customer teams.

  • You will have responsibility for setting the commercial direction by brand, channel and customer. Putting in place pricing, promotion, product pack, and investment plans to grow Kellogg’s profitability and category sales.

  • Manage your portfolio performance within customers against KPI’s by customer, channel and brand to capture learnings, course correct through managing the risks and opportunities, building business cases for support needed to grow our categories, Kellogg's sales, profit and gross margin %.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As a ‘people person’ with a passion for sales and strategy, to be considered for this position you also need to meet the following requirements:

Required:

  • Strong FMCG commercialexperience is essential, with experience of managing or working on a P&L.

  • Strong numerical,analytical and communication skills are critical to the role

  • Ability toinfluence people with an external and consumer focus

  • Specific interestin strategy, category management and branded products

  • Ability to buildstrong relationships, influence and challenge at all levels.

Preferred:

  • Account managementor grocery retail buying experience
