Kellogg HR Plant Manager Linares in LINARES, Mexico
Grow with us as HR Plant Manager, in this position you’ll be responsible for leading HR work activities within the facility with heavy focus on Labor and Employee Relations, along with ensuring continuity of HR related operations.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:
Serving as liaison between GBS (Global BusinessServices), KNA Supply Chain BU HRBP, KLA Supply Chain HRBP, along with beingthe Lead on-site HR Person, member of Plant Leadership Team and manageremaining HR Team.
Implementing HR and BU Strategy for Plant
Build a strong labor strategy (Non Active Union)
Providing leadership in Employee Relations &Labor Relations activities for Plant, including grievances, arbitration andcontract negotiations.
Directing management and supervision in theapplication of the labor and benefits agreements insuring compliance andmaintaining positive labor relations.
Assisting supervisors and managers with theiremployee and labor relations issues and providing training and coaching tomanagers and supervisors on labor and employment laws and limitations.
Conducting people management responsibilities forPlant HR teams.
Being responsible for leadership development at alllevels of the organizations and facilitates regular succession planningsessions.
Enhance the organizational culture throughcorporate programs custody.
Responsible for Kellogg Work System (KWS) peoplepillar.
Communicating HR information using appropriatevehicles
Responsible for manager and employee adoption of HRtechnology, service delivery model and programs. Redirects HR inquires to themost efficient and effective resource (technology, service center, etc.)
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, IndustrialRelations, or other related field.
5 years prior experience in Human Resources such aPayroll, Labor Relations, Personnel Administration or HR Generalist
2-3 years prior experience in manufacturingenvironment (essential)
Mexican Labor Law middle knowledge
Strong employee relations skills
Leadership, organizational and communicationskills, advanced problem solving skills
Advanced Excel skills
