Associate Finance Manager – Supply Chain
In the role of Associate Manager, Supply Chain Finance , you will support daily operations for the North American manufacturing plants, supply chain finance, and GBS functions by generating financial models and performing complex analyses. We are looking for you to have a mindset of innovation as you will identify areas for standardization and continuous improvement. You will manage a subset of GBS Plant Finance and lead your team to work cross-functionally with Finance and business partners to help en sure that service level agreements (SLA’s) are met. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Execution – You’ll be accountable to follow a standardized approach to high-value activities (e.g. planning), performing financial analysis, and Excel modeling. You’ll be responsible for product standard development, forecast generation, and working with the business to review budget and forecast outputs. Bring your eye for detail and accuracy as you’ll monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. You’ll be instrumental in identifying process improvement and standardization opportunities.
Decision Support – Bring your analytical talent to develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives. You’ll be accountable to analyze medium to complex financial information and report to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes. You’ll be relied upon to explain deviations between actual vs. expected financial results. You will be taking on an owner’s mindset by independently analyzing proposed projects or initiatives to ascertain if they are financially justified. In addition, you’ll provide ad hoc support to identifying areas where we can standardize processes and develop better ones!
Leadership – Bring your talent to coach and develop others as you will be responsible to lead a team of finance professionals to ensure that the overall delivery of services to the North American business is within agreed-upon KPIs and SLA’s. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with related experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and deep Excel skills
Strong collaboration and customer service skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills and detail orientation
Proficient Knowledge of ERP systems
Experience with SAP
Experience managing a virtual team
