Kellogg Senior HR Manager in Jackson, Tennessee

As the Sr. Human Resource Manager in Jackson, one of Kellogg’s state-of-the-art plant facilities, you’ll have the opportunity to lead Human Resource activities within the facility, focusing on employee development and driving performance. You will ensure continuity of all Human Resource related operations while managing an Employee Relations Manager, an Employee Relations Advisor, and a HR Generalist.

  • Liaison – You will connect our Global Business Services (GBS), Supply Chain and HR together for this facility while managing talent development, leadership partnerships, and the KWS People Pillar.

  • Human Resources – You will provide leadership to your team, plus manage EEOC, Affirmative Action, Employee Relations and communicating HR information using the appropriate vehicles.

  • Training – In this role, you will be responsible for managing training employees and leadership on HR technologies, service delivery models and additional programs as needed. You will also be part of developing the bakery leadership team, other HR Talent as well as Front-Line leaders.

  • Culture – As a focus, we will ask you to drive the culture and people strategy at the bakery. You will be encouraging high employee engagement while fostering the site’s high performance organization (HPO). Being the driver of the culture, don’t be afraid to flex your leadership expertise all while helping to push performance.



  • Bachelor’s Degree
