Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue Growth Management
As a Senior Financial Analyst at Kellogg’s, you’ll be responsible for aggregating data, conducting financial analyses, and helping to implement pricing strategies to support Away from Home Business. You’ll support the revenue growth management (RGM) through analyzing promotions, trade architecture, customer & pricing entry, and maintenance to drive P&L delivery. Working out of our vibrant Naperville, IL Sales office, using your can-do, go-getter attitude, you’ll meet deadlines, and new people—engaging with multiple levels of personnel throughout our company to get the job done. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Complex Analysis – You will evaluate actuals and aggregate data to help drive our pricing strategy to protect our gross margin and offset inflation. In this role, you’ll also focus on customer pricing, pricing maintenance, and assist with RGM pricing analyses and initiatives. You will monitor price realization in the Market place and support other RGM initiatives as needed. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for transactional analytics – we want it to bring out the tiger in you!

Business Partnerships –We believe in collaboration! You’ll interact with Trade Managers, Sales Team, and other business partners to help ensure we are meeting expectations. We value your insights and will look to you to provide analytical and problem-solving support, along with presenting your findings and recommendations.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance, Accounting or Business related field and related work experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Pivots and large data manipulation ability
Proficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other financial planning systems is required
Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills
Hungry to make a difference and provide continuous improvement throughout their areas of focus
Experience with SAP-specific financial planning systems
The ability to create and use Macros is a plus
Prior CPG Experience
Specialty Channels Experience a plus
Pricing and modeling experience
