Finance Manager, Away from Home

As a Finance Manager at Kellogg, you will be providing complex financial analysis and insights across functions and business units. You will have the opportunity to establish, monitor, and achieve short and long-term financial goals for Kellogg, providing information and insight on profit drivers. In this role, you will provide value-added monthly financial variance analysis and recommendations on ways to improve profit at Kellogg.

You will be working as part of the Away from Home group based out of the Naperville, IL office. Want to know more about our Away from Home? At Kellogg, the Away from Home channel business means we focus on products that are sold in non-grocery-store venues like convenience stores, cafeterias, college campuses, and such. You’ll have the opportunity to represent some of Kellogg’s top brands: Pop-Tarts, Pringles and Cheez-Its, Eggo, and MorningStar Farms! Now, let’s achieve something great together!


  • Planning and Reporting – You will be responsible for working with the teams to provide financial forecasts, help develop the annual budget within your specific Business Unit, analyze period results and provide other ad-hoc reporting

  • Process Improvement – You will have the opportunity to drive process improvement in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with the goal of improving the understanding of the drivers of the P&L and providing value-added solutions for the internal stakeholders.

  • Leadership – In this role, you will get exposure to the leadership team while presenting drivers of financial performance, identifying and communicate opportunities and risks, and leading projects and initiatives amongst other team members to help improve overall business profitability.

  • Business Partnering - You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Supply Chain on various projects and initiatives to drive long-term business performance.



  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must, preferably in finance or a related field.

  • Do you have previous experience working with multiple and challenging priorities and time constraints all within a matrix organization? This role is perfect for you!

  • Problem-solving, decision making, and communication skills are keys to be successful in Finance.

  • Like working with technology? We use Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning systems.
