HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will be working in the Revenue Growth Management & Category Team for the Benelux market (based in Zaventem, Belgium), working on key business project such as:
• Facilitating the implementation of the commercial strategy:
o Build category and portfolio recommendations, arguments and tools to support the field force and key account managers
o Follow-up and analysis of key indicators of the category in order to help the implementation of the commercial strategy
o Follow-up and analysis of the performance of the Kellogg’s portfolio and competitors
o Update the tools used by the Category management and Revenue Growth management team
o Help build assortment and merchandising recommendations for customers and follow-up the implementation of those projects
o Develop argumentation for Field sales team & clients
• Participate to the building of future category & promotional plans:
o Understand the Benelux market and its trends to define assortment growth levers and the promotional strategy
o Build a recommendation on assortment changes and promotional planning to bring growth
o Translate the European strategy to an actionable Benelux program
• Support the team on the development of the commercial assumptions and take care of the set up of new promotional items and innovations (Pricing, volume assumptions, SKU creation, … )
• Follow up of in-market performance of innovations
• Set up & update critical business dashboards
• Great analytic mind
• Autonomy & strong organization skills
• Fluent in English – French & Dutch are a plus
• Excel & Powerpoint proficiency
• Team spirit
• Curiosity & willingness to learn
• A first experience in an analytical position
• IRI / Nielsen knowledge
