Kellogg Sr. Manager, Executive Recruiter (locations: Chicago, Battle Creek or Grand Rapids, MI) in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan

Location: Global Headquarters in Battle Creek, Mi. This role can be located in Grand Rapids, MI or the Chicagoland area. Some travel is needed and will be more frequent for Grand Rapids or Chicagoland locations.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Functional Recruitment Support and Executive Level roles – You’ll create and manage a strong relationship with senior leaders across functions across Kellogg North America and develop strategic partnerships to manage the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for confidential and executive level vacancies

  • Talent Advising and Insights – You’ll be a champion for the Kellogg recruitment process. Stay up to date on recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, company policies and benchmark comparisons so you can be a collaborative and valued business partner with your hiring managers.

  • Sourcing – It’s time to be resourceful. To find the best talent for our roles we take a proactive approach and use multiple resources. We want you to also bring your flair and innovative techniques too!

  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion – To serve diverse consumers, we need a diverse workforce. You will play a key role in driving Kellogg’s commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Executive retained search firm experience or in-house Executive Recruiter experience with a Fortune 500 company

  • Significant and progressive experience in a Recruiter role with at least 6 years of experience recruiting for Director level and above roles

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and best practices, as well as, federal and state laws regarding employment practices

  • Previous full life-cycle recruitment management experience including interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management

  • Possess expertise in creative and proactive sourcing techniques

  • Exhibit high level knowledge of hiring practices and behavioral-based interview techniques

  • Strong skills utilizing an applicant tracking system

  • High School diploma or GED

Bonus Points:

  • Proven skills utilizing Taleo

  • Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
