  • Team Leadership – Directingand collaborating with teams of cross-functional partners and externalagency partners.

  • StrategicPlanning – Managing the annual planningprocess for a brand or portfolio including strategic plan development andtactical plan development.

  • BusinessManagement – Analyzing and reportingvarious data sources, and taking action to ensure P&L targets areachieved successfully.

  • ProblemIdentification and Solution Management – Leveragingthe 4 P’s of marketing to diagnose a problem, recommend a solution andexecute a successful plan to remedy.

  • Managementand Development of Ideas – Identifying new opportunitiesto grow the business, with leadership or significant input on in-marketactivation or innovation.



  • BachelorDegree

  • Demonstratedstrength in marketing or general management competencies

  • Experiencein product management, strategy or sales that includes successes indifferent product portfolios


  • MBA,Master’s Degree or international equivalent

  • Have aConsumer Packaged Goods background, perfect!

  • Brandmarketing, Agency, or Retail Sales/Retail Strategy
