We have an opening for you to grow with us in our Sustainment team as an Associate IT Operations Analyst. You’ll solve complex problems and learn with the team.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Application Support: As an IT Operations Analyst, you’ll participate in 2nd and 3rd level support of Kellogg’s Payroll Applications for users across the Kellogg Company, globally. You’ll be troubleshooting complex issues with multiple teams, and communicating with different groups across the organization.
Operations Analysis: You will assist your Payroll partners to understand the processes enabled by our IT applications. You will manage the entire support process, working with other IT Teams, Vendors and with the Business. You are a critical part of the Logistics and Manufacturing day to day processes.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma or GED
Basic knowledge of Human Resources Systems, Integration and IT processes.
Ability to gather and analyze complex data to drive resolution of breakfixes/requests
A passion for using technology to solve problems
A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations
Excellent communication skills, proficiency in leading meetings and delivering effective presentations
Expert at use of Microsoft Suite programs (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
A passion to excel in Customer Service
Capacity to continuously learn new IT applications/components to be able to support them.
Ability to work in rotating on-call support schema for off hours support.
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience in SAP Success Factors, Dell Boomi, Cleo Harmony or IBM Sterling integration center, and MFT Tool.
