HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Manage and Lead Category KIMM (Kellogg Integrated Margin Management) and Overall Operating Margin Improvements; This role will review and diagnose all 14+ Opportunity levers across the enterprise, estimated delivery by category could be over $70-80MM in Operating profits over the next 3-5 years
Drive and Execute DTV Design to Value and Value Stream Mapping, VSM, Loss Analysis and full P&L diagnostics
Spearhead Donate Destroy, PWR, Portfolio and Sku Optimization, Trade, Pricing, Cash Discounts and any other major area of opportunity within the P/L to achieve targets
Drives KIMM Performance Management process to drive operating and gross profit margins and work with Category General Managers and finance leads to develop and implement CBN as a thought partner linked to Margin Targets and Plan
Lead the Planning (with VPs & Supply Chain Leadership Team) and orchestrate the agenda for KIMM meetings, calendar for diagnostics and events to prioritize all P&L projects
Initiate Enterprise Level Ideations linked with Brand Leads, Finance, RQT, Sales, Procurement, RGM, IBP, DTS
Member of the Category and SC Team with leadership responsibility for establishing process and execution plans in order to improve overall margins of the Category portfolio, with high level of Thought Leadership skills and influencing skills
YOUR RECIPE FORSUCCESS
BS orBA degree and experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, orrelated analytical field
Skilledat high level management with proven ability toconsistently hit deliverables on time and within budget.Ability to execute programs and projectsof all sizes to deliver to targets
Thorough understanding of Supply Chain with proven knowledge andexperience in LEAN systems and methodologies
Experience in leading a successful Category or function E2EContinuous Improvement team and a Margin team
Thorough understanding of business, P&L, commercial, packaging,equipment and formulation desired
Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or other relatedanalytical field
Exceptional skill and understanding of continuous improvement andP&L and is not afraid to challenge the status quo
